POLYNESIAN SHRIMP 
1 med. green pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
2 tbsp. butter
1 can beef broth
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. pineapple tidbits

In skillet cook green peppers in butter until tender. Remove from heat. Add rest of the ingredients cook until thickened, stir constantly. Serve over rice.
