CHOCOLATE FUDGE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecan/walnut)
1 1/2 c. boiling water

Cream sugar and butter. Add milk to above and stir. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder and cocoa. Add to above mixture. Stir well and pour into 9 inch buttered pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix sugar, brown sugar and cocoa. Spread over nuts. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool in pan. Great with whipped cream.
