COLE SLAW 
4 med. heads cabbage, shredded
4 c. bell pepper, diced
4 c. onion, diced
4 sm. cans pimento, diced

SAUCE:

8 c. vinegar
8 c. sugar
4 tbsp. celery seed
4 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. turmeric

Mix sauce in pan and heat to a boil, cool slightly and pour over chopped vegetables. Cover and refrigerate. The longer you keep it the better it gets.
