FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice
1 sm. onion
1 stalk celery
1 lg. carrot
1/4 c. green pepper
Salt, pepper, garlic, soy sauce, and ginger
Butter

Cook rice according to directions. Simmer onion, celery, carrot, green pepper until tender in 1 tablespoon butter. Add rice and seasonings to taste. Fry until brown.
