APPLE CRISP 
4-6 apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter, softened

Cut, peel and core apples to fill a medium casserole dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Mix together flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon; blend in softened butter to make crumb topping. Spoon topping over apples. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
