1 pkg. Devils Food cake mix
1 sm. bowl Cool Whip
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
1 can Hershey's chocolate sauce

Mix cake mix and bake as directed in 9 x 13 inch pan. When done cut into squares, splitting them in the center. Place ice cream between the layers. Top with Cool Whip and warm chocolate sauce.
