JALAPENO SAUCE 
2 bell peppers
6-8 onions
12-14 tomatoes
6-8 jalapeno peppers
1/2 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. black pepper
4 tbsp. salt
3/4 tsp. minced garlic

Chop bell peppers, onions coarsely. Peel and chop tomatoes. Chop jalapeno peppers a little finer.
