BARBECUED BEEF BRISKET 
1 whole brisket (8 to 10 lbs.)
Salt and pepper
2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. seasoning salt

1. Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil. Cook slowly over charcoal for 4 to 6 hours or until done.
