UKRANIAN COFFEE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
1 stick butter
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. sugar

TOPPING:

3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 egg white

Mix milk, butter, sugar and salt; allow to cool. Add 2 eggs and 4 egg yolks to mixture. Add flour.

Combine yeast, water and 1 teaspoon sugar. Add to above. Knead and let rise once. Punch down, knead and let rise again. Then knead and put into greased pan and let rise again (covered).

Mix topping of flour, sugar and butter. Brush dough with egg white and crumble topping over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
