No baking and simple for kids! Mix 3/4 to 1 cup applesauce with 1 (4.12 ounce) bottle ground cinnamon to form a stiff dough. Roll out to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Make hole for ribbons. Carefully put on rack to dry. Let air dry several days, turning occasionally. Makes 12 sweet smelling ornaments.
