ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple drained
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c. bread crumbs
Milk to cover

Mix butter, sugar, and eggs together. Add pineapple, cut up. Mix in bread crumbs and stir well.

Pour into large casserole dish. Make a few small wells in mixture and pour milk into wells; cover mixture completely. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
