EASY RAISIN RICE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
10 1/2 oz. chicken broth
1 can water
1 c. long grain rice
1 c. golden raisins
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. shelled sunflower seeds

Saute onions in butter until clear. Put in 2 quart baking dish with all other ingredients except seeds. Stir and cover. Bake at 350 degrees until liquid is absorbed, about 1 hour. Mix in sunflower seeds and serve.
