8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. pkg. frozen shrimp
12 oz. jar cocktail sauce

Spread cream cheese in bowl. Pour shrimp on top, then pour sauce over all. Refrigerate until served. Before serving, remove from refrigerator so cream cheese can soften a bit and crackers won't break.
