QUICK - GOURMET STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. cooked noodles

Brown steak and onion in butter. Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Stir often. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
