BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches fresh broccoli
8 - 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. onion, finely diced
2/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. apricot nectar

Cut broccoli flowerettes up finely. Some of the stem may be cut up finely and used also if desired. Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion together. Combine remaining ingredients for dressing. Pour desired amount over salad. Mix well.
