NUT FILLED COOKIES 
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 oz. cream cheese

Blend together and divide into 24 balls. Place each ball of dough in very small muffin tins and press around the sides and bottom, forming a crust.

FILLING:

1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped pecans
1/8 tsp. vanilla

Mix together well (using spoon to mix). Fill muffins about 3/4 full and then bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
