CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2 tbsp. butter
1 small jar pimentos
1/2 c. celery, chopped
grated cheese
7 to 8 boneless skinless cooked chicken breasts
1 onion, chopped
1 can black olives, chopped
1/2 pt. whipping cream
12 oz. angel hair pasta

Sauté onion and celery in butter. Mix together olives, pimentos and cream. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add other ingredients. May add some broth from chicken to add moisture. Place into baking dish and top with cheese.

Bake at 350°F for about 35 minutes or until cheese is melted and all ingredients are heated. This dish freezes well!
