WHOLE WHEAT CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (2 lb.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts

Beat sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla together. Stir in zucchini and pineapple. Stir in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
