TERIYAKI SAUCE 
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. red wine
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Use as a marinade or accompaniment to oriental dishes or beef. Yield: about 2 cups.
