CHEESY BROCCOLI SOUP 
3 1/2 c. peeled, chopped potatoes
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 water
1 onion chopped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed (you may use less if you don't want to use this
much cheese)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tbsp. parsley chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Put vegetables, bouillon, spices, onion and water in saucepan. Simmer covered until tender. Stir flour into milk and add to vegetables. Simmer until thickened. Add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Serve!
