LEMON ICE BOX PIE 
Juice of 2 lemons
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Graham cracker crumbs crust

Whip the egg whites and keep separate. Stir egg yolks into sweetened condensed milk; add juice of 2 lemons. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. When mixture is thickened, fold in whipped egg whites. Pour into graham cracker crumb crust. Bake at 325 degrees 5 minutes or until firm. Cool. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
