BAKED HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed Corn Flakes

Mix first 8 ingredients and put into 9 x 13 inch pan; sprinkle cheese then melted butter and Corn Flakes. Bake covered at 350 degrees 45 to 60 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
