Slice zucchini in half lengthwise; put in pot. Bring to boil 10-15 minutes until tender. Take out of water; scoop out seeds and discard. Let cool in flat pan, skin side down.
Fry 3 pieces bacon, 1-2 onions and big green pepper together. Add 1 large can tomatoes, drained; mix with above. Add some stuffing. Place 1 pound Mozzarella cheese or 1/2 pound American cheese on top of zucchini. Put drained tomato juice on bottom of pan, if necessary add extra small can tomato sauce. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
