TEEN'S FAVORITE FUDGE | |
3/4 c. evaporated milk 2 c. granulated sugar 1/4 c. shortening 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. marshmallow cream 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. nut meats 1/2 c. peanut butter Cook milk, sugar, shortening, and salt together until soft ball stage (234 degrees). Stir constantly. Remove from heat and immediately stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla, and nuts. Pour at once into well greased flat 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan. Yields about 2 pounds. |
