HERB CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. yeast, soften in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. cottage cheese (cream)
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. dry onion
2 tbsp. dill seed
2 1/4 c. sifted flour

Heat cottage cheese in large pan to lukewarm. Add remaining ingredients and yeast; mix well. Add flour gradually, mix well. Grease hands and butter top (or spray with Pam), cover with towel and wax paper. Let rise 50 minutes or doubled where warm. Stir with spoon. Put into 8 inch round greased casserole dish. Grease surface of bread again, cover 30 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from pan immediately, brush top with butter. Sprinkle with coarse salt (Aunt Jane's Crazy Salt).
