OREO ICE CREAM CAKE 
20 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
3 sqs. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
Nuts (walnuts)

Crush 20 Oreo cookies with filling. Mix with 1/4 cup melted butter. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Slightly soften ice cream; slice and pat ice cream onto Oreo crust. Freeze. While freezing other - make fudge topping. Cook chocolate, salt, sugar, evaporated milk, and butter for 4 minutes or until thick. Let cool completely. Pour over ice cream. Sprinkle with nuts. Cut into squares. Serves 16-20.
