KEY LIME PIE 
1 ready-made graham cracker pie crust
4 eggs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
3 oz. Nellie & Joe's Key West lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING: Combine egg yolks and milk. Mix well. Add lime juice a little at a time. Stir until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust.

TOP: Beat 4 egg whites with salt until soft peaks form. Beating at high speed, gradually sprinkle in sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until sugar is completely dissolved after each addition. Whites should stand in stiff peaks (rub a bit of meringue between thumb and forefinger - if it doesn't feel grainy, sugar is dissolved).

Spread meringue over filling. Seal to pie crust around edge. Pull up points with back of spoon to make attractive top. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees or until golden brown.
