BUL GOH GEE 
1 lb. beef tenderloin
2 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. rice wine
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 tbsp. finely minced or pressed garlic
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tbsp. white sesame seed (lightly toasted in fry pan or oven without oil)
1/2 tsp. black pepper

1. Cut beef into thin slices and place in bowl.

2. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and rice wine and toss to coat meat well. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

3. Mix remaining ingredients together and add to marinated beef. Mix well.
