CHICKEN - PEA POD SALAD 
3/4 c. pasta rings, cooked & drained
2 chicken breasts, cut & torn into bite size pieces
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 lb. pea pods, blanched
1/2 c. green onions, sliced
1/2 c. light mayonnaise
3 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix mayonnaise, soy sauce (3 teaspoons), salt and pepper. Add to rest of ingredients. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

Excellent luncheon salad. May add cashews for special touch.
