TANGY PORK CHOPS 
4 c. corn flakes, crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. lime juice
8 pork chops

Beat egg, seasonings, milk and lime juice together in shallow bowl. Dip pork chops in egg mixture then in crumbs. Place on greased-foil lined baking pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until done.
