GOURMET POT ROAST 
1 pot roast (1 1/2-2" thick)
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. ginger ale

Mix catsup and ginger ale. Pour over pot roast in roasting pan. Marinate for 1 hour. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, baste often. Place on platter and slice.
