SHREDDED - WHEAT ROLLS 
3 lg. Shredded Wheat biscuits
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 cake yeast
1 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Combine crumbled Shredded Wheat with the boiling water, sugar and butter. Cool until only lukewarm. Stir in the yeast and stir until it is dissolved. Blend in the salt and flour, then cover the dough and let it rise until doubled. Punch dough down and turn it out onto a floured board. Knead the dough, kneading in more flour if necessary to make a firm dough that can easily be shaped. Shape the dough into rolls, or into a loaf or 2 small loaves.

Place in greased pans, cover and let rise again until doubled. Bake rolls in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until done. Bake loaves in a 350 degree oven, the large for 45 minutes and the small ones for about 30 minutes.
