SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
6 lg. potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
2-3 tbsp. butter
3-4 green onions, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 tbsp. butter
Corn flake crumbs

Several hours or night before: boil potatoes and cool. Grate potatoes into long baking dish. Add sour cream to potatoes and mix thoroughly. Separately, on stove, melt butter. Add green onions, soup and shredded cheese. After heated thoroughly and cheese melted, add mixture to potatoes and mix together.
