QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. chuck beef, cut in strips 2 tbsp. oil 1 sm. onion, diced 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, optional 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. dairy sour cream 13 oz. can mushrooms 2 tbsp. catsup 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Cook first 4 ingredients 5 minutes or cook until beef is pink. Combine the rest of the ingredients; heat through and serve over noodles. Stroganoff makes 4 generous servings, so 5-6 ounce of noodles will be enough. |
