LAKE STREET RIBS 
Country style ribs (preferably boneless), 1/2 lb. per person
Seasonings (Lawry's salt, onion salt, garlic, pepper)
BBQ sauce, your choice
Onion, sliced
Liquid smoke

Place ribs in Dutch oven. Cover with water. Add a dash of liquid smoke (optional) and seasonings. Steam ribs in partially covered Dutch oven, medium to medium high, light boil for about 1 hour.

Then - Oven Method: Oven at 350 degrees. Line pan with onion slices. Cover onions with BBQ sauce. Put steamed ribs on onions. Cover with BBQ sauce. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or longer.

BBQ Grill Method: Grill ribs (smother with BBQ sauce) for 20 to 25 minutes or longer.

Cooked these for dinner last night and they were wonderful. I added 1 tbsp. Cajun seasoning, 1 tbs onion salt, and 1 tbsp. Weber grill smokey mesquite seasoning to the water. The BBQ sauce was Sonny's sweet BBQ sauce from Sam's club.
