ONION RINGS BATTER 
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. oil
2 egg whites

Beat until smooth. Stir in 6 tablespoons water. Slice onions. Dip in batter. Deep fry; drain well.
