"RUSSELL STOVER" CANDY | |
3 c. confectioners' sugar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 5 c. chopped nuts 5 c. coconut 2 1/2 sticks butter 2 tsp. almond extract 3/4 c. paraffin wax 12 oz. chocolate chips Mix sugar, milk, nuts, coconut, butter, and almond extract together well. Chill at least 2 hours. Form in small balls. Melt paraffin wax and chocolate chips in double boiler over water. Dip balls quickly. Place on wax paper to dry. |
