POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook ground chuck and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned. Drain. Add sauce mix, tomato sauce and water; mix well. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon meat mixture into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking pan. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Add flour and salt; beat until smooth. Pour batter over meat mixture, spreading evenly. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is puffed and golden brown. Cut into squares and serve hot.
