BEAN AND SAUSAGE SOUP | |
1 (24 oz.) can V-8 juice 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans w/chili sauce 2 c. loose-pack frozen hash browns w/onions & peppers 8 oz. fully cooked smoked sausage, halved lengthwise & sliced 1/4-inch thick 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese In large saucepan, combine juice, undrained beans, potatoes and sausage. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender and mixture is heated through. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. Makes 4 main dish servings. |
