FIRE AND ICE TOMATOES 
6 large ripe firm tomatoes, peeled and quartered
1 large green pepper, sliced
1 red onion, sliced in rings

Fire and Ice Sauce:

3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/4 c. cold water

Bring sauce to a boil. Boil furiously for 1 minute. While still hot, pour sauce over vegetables. Will keep in the refrigerator several days.
