TACO PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef

TOPPING:

1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Chopped lettuce
Diced tomato
Crushed tortilla chips
1 (4 oz.) chopped chilies
3/4 c. water

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix Bisquick and cornmeal. Add water and stir until mixed. Stir 20 times. Spread on greased pizza pan (easiest with wet hands). Bake 15-20 minutes until crust begins to brown.

Brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and water and chilies. Simmer 15-20 minutes. When crust comes out of oven, spread refried beans evenly on crust. Top with beef mixture. Bake 15 minutes until most liquid is gone. Top with cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes to melt cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato and chips. Serve with salsa.
