ROBERT E. LEE SALAD 
6 c. black-eyed peas, cooked
1/4 c. white onion, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. tomatoes, diced
Italian dressing to taste

Combine black-eyed peas, onion, green onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Add dressing and toss. Do not add salt or pepper.
