JEROME COOKIES 
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. Pet milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. angle flake coconut

Line a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt 1 1/2 stick soleo; in saucepan. Add 1 cup sugar, beat 1 egg in 1/2 cup Pet milk; add to butter and sugar, bring to a boil, stirring constantly.

Add 1 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup angel flake coconut and 1 cup graham cracker crumbs to butter and sugar mixture. Pour over crackers in the pan, then put a layer of whole graham crackers on top. Then pat icing on top.

ICING:

2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 stick melted butter, 3 tablespoons Pet milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread over top and sprinkle with coconut. (Sprinkling with coconut, is optional). Chill and cut in squares.
