CLAM & SHRIMP CHOWDER 
2 cans minced clams
2 cans shrimp
1 pt. Half & Half (may add more if desired or use whole milk)
1 onion
2 - 4 stalks celery
7 - 8 potatoes

Cook onion and celery in 2 cups water until tender. Add potatoes cut in small chunks. When done add drained shrimp and clams with juice. Add 1 pint Half & Half. Throw in a couple of tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. This recipe may be doubled and tripled. It's quick, easy and delicious. A great crowd pleaser.
