1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. soft butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 env. Nestle choco-bake

Combine sugar, eggs, butter, Nestle cocoa-bake, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix. Add nuts. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool and frost.

FROSTING:

1 box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
3-4 env. cocoa-bake
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/4 c. cream or milk

Mix well and smooth over cooled brownies.
