5-SPICE ROAST CHICKEN 
1 lb. chicken parts (cut up, divide legs)

MARINATING SAUCE:

1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. 5-Spice powder
1 tsp. oil
Pinch of salt
1 clove garlic, finely chopped

Marinate chicken 3 to 4 hours (overnight, if possible). Bake in oven at 375 degrees for an hour (without the marinade). Cover chicken pan with aluminum foil while baking.
