BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST WITH WHITE WINE | |
Spray two 11x14 inch casseroles with Pam. Place breast to cover casserole. Put 1/2 slice of Swiss cheese on each. Add 2 cans cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of least expensive white wine, mixed thoroughly. Spread over chicken breast and Swiss cheese. Cover well, but not thick with Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 1 hour. HINTS: To reheat, heat in a 300 degree oven thoroughly, 300 degrees prevents drying. If you freeze casseroles, allow overnight thawing in refrigerator. Before freezing, allow flavor to ripen overnight in refrigerator. This is an elegant, but simple dish. Perfect for guests. |
