EASY SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 sm. onion
2 or more bay leaves (optional)
2 or 3 potatoes (cut in small pieces)
2 cans mixed vegetables
Approx. 3 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and drain off fat. Add other ingredients. Simmer until potatoes are done. Other vegetables may be added.
