COFFEE CAN BREAD 
6 1/2 c. flour
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. water
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Grandma's molasses
1 c. Crisco oil

Mix 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Heat to warm milk and water. Add to dry mixture. Beat until smooth. Add molasses, honey and oil. Stir. Add balance of flour and mix thoroughly.

Roll out and knead about 8 minutes. Divide into 4 greased coffee cans. Cover cans with original plastic lids, let rise 1 hour. Remove lids and bake in 325 to 350 degree oven (depending on oven heat). Place extra loaves in freezer.
