SWEET AND SOUR FISH 
1 c. oil
3 lb. red fish
2 c. flour
5 tbsp. Worcestershire (keep set aside)
Salt and pepper to taste
3 lg. onions, julienne
2 lg. green bell pepper, julienne
5 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 c. green olives
1 c. black olives
1/2 c. vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 c. water

Cut fish into serving size. Salt and pepper. Marinate in Worcestershire for one hour. Heat oil, roll fish in flour and fry until brown. Place in baking dish in a layer. Put onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic in remaining oil and saute about 5 minutes. Add Worcestershire, vinegar, sugar and water, cook 20 minutes on low heat. Put olives in sauce and pour over fish and cook in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice or as is.
